Lovers of rare peppers, discover one of my latest treasures from the finest plantations in Bhutan. This long pepper offers very small sticks with a dazzling aromatic precision . Its main notes are musky, cocoa (dark chocolate criollo), spicy (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove). Its length and heart notes offer a well-structured ensemble with light notes of humus .
