David Vanille will keep the tracking number of your shipment to answer any questions you may have about delivery.

Due to the numerous abuse :

All returned parcels (unclaimed in relay - wrong address) will be invoiced on a flat-rate basis of €20 (logistics, preparation).
This corresponds to our transport costs for dispatch to your relay-address and those for return, preparation of your order and our payroll charges.

In accordance with article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the seller remains responsible for delivery of the order until it has been received by the buyer. The certificate of delivery from the carrier, La Poste or DHL, is deemed to be receipt of the order by the buyer. Upon receipt of the certificate of delivery, David Vanille disclaims all liability for the consequences of the order.

Article L216-1

In the absence of indication or agreement as to the date of delivery or performance, the professional shall deliver the goods or perform the service without undue delay and no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract.
