Culinary use: Bouillon de Poisson et Fruits de Mer is ideal for preparing tasty soups, bisques, sauces and rice dishes. It can also be used as a base for bouillabaisses, paellas, risottos and other seafood dishes.

Directions: Dilute one tablespoon of stock in 500 ml of hot water to obtain a ready-to-use stock. Add it to your culinary preparations to intensify the flavor of seafood and fish.

Ingredients: Maltodextrin, corn starch, olive oil, flavorings, turmeric, chives, garlic and parsley, flavor enhancer: sodium glutamate.
