Oolong Tea - Osmanthus Flower

Thaïland Coup de Foudre

A Grand Cru from the Chiang Rai region, in the Golden Triangle, plantations that I particularly like, a Coup de Foudre to discover! To guarantee an exceptional tea, only the best quality tea leaves are used for this vintage, the Oolong No. 17. The harvest is then mixed with freshly picked Osmanthus flowers and put in a chamber for several days. A long and tedious sifting process allows us to offer this exceptional batch.
Sensations - Tasting: An intense green leaf, fresh and floral notes of Osmanthus (ripe apricots, jasmine), a tangy depth thanks to a long fermentation. Honeyed notes follow this delicate complexity.

Je suis ravie d'avoir trouvé ce thé, car j'étais tombée en amour de ce gout particulier lors d'un road trip en moto dans les montagnes de Chang Rai. Malheureusement tous les Oolong ne valent pas celui là...
