A harvest from the Zheijang region. This tea has been cultivated on the shores of Xihu Lake since the Tang Dynasty. This tea has received the great distinction of "Emperor's Tea" for its quality but especially its imperial stamp. This quality is delicately dried in pans after wilting and thus takes its shape of a flat emerald green leaf . A slightly sweet and fruity tea , complex, extremely fine and elegant in the mouth .
