Green and white tea - Envie - scented with dragon fruit, pomegranate and vanilla: satisfy your tea cravings

Are you craving tea, flavors, sweetness and pep? This tea is for you. And because it is sometimes difficult to know what you want, I have chosen to meet all expectations. You like green and white tea? I imagined a blend of Sencha green tea, Pai mu Tan and Kukicha from Japan. A real invitation to travel that will satisfy your desire to escape.

And to travel even further, these teas are combined with dragon fruit, pomegranate and vanilla. The dragon fruit, also known as pitaya, is beautiful. Its exterior is seductive and when you open it, you immediately want to eat this fruit, which is reminiscent of the kiwi with its elegant little black seeds. It is the real star of this tea, even if the other flavors are gradually revealed. To taste this tea, you need patience to detect all the flavors and aromas. Know how to resist the urge and take your time, the tasting will be even better.

What are the flavors of the green and white tea scented with dragon fruit, pomegranate and vanilla?

This scented green and white tea offers a delicious sensory experience. First of all, it is an explosion of scents. Then, your taste will be stimulated by the dragon fruit and the pomegranate. Then, little by little, as you taste it, you will feel the vanilla and passion fruit for a unique taste experience.

Green and white tea flavored with fruits: from the plantation to the cup

I propose here the association of three teas: the green tea Sencha, the white tea Pai Mu Tan and the green tea Kukicha from Japan. This gustatory journey between the Middle Kingdom and the land of the rising sun takes you across the sea of Japan to obtain a very fine quality tea that will satisfy your most secret desires.

Green tea is a tea that is not oxidized. It is therefore necessary to stop the oxidation very quickly after picking the leaves from the tea trees. The leaves are then roasted. They are then softened to operate the phase of rolling which defines the shape of the tea that you will taste. Then comes the drying process to obtain leaves that almost completely lose their humidity and that you can keep for a long time (unless your desire for tea is too pressing).

The white tea is less processed, which does not take away its quality, on the contrary. It is the purest expression of tea. Also, this tea undergoes a first step, the withering, on racks in the sun. The white tea is then dried and ready to be tasted.

Then, once we have obtained beautiful green Sencha and Kukicha tea leaves from Japan as well as Pai mu Tan white tea, all we have to do is add these delicious fruits that you will be able to admire in the bag that you will receive.

Food and tea: David's Vanilla pairings

This tea is full of exoticism between dragon fruit, pomegranate and vanilla. For this beautiful gustatory journey, I invite you to taste a delicious vanilla panna cotta topped with pomegranate. And because it's not always reasonable to resist your cravings, why not add a little ginger to your cream? A sweet aphrodisiac dessert that awakens the senses and the taste buds.

I also suggest you make a dragon fruit cheesecake and eat it with my scented tea. The red flesh of the dragon fruit will color your cake, will you be able to resist for a long time to the desire to taste it?
