Black Tea - Jun Chiyabari - Himalayan Dreams

A fantastic vintage from the Ilam region, in thefar North-East of Nepal. For 20 years, Jun Chiyabari has been producing unique and very distinctive teas. I propose you an exceptional discovery with this last harvest. A semi-fermented quality in collaboration with several small producers. A tea that puts in check the most beautiful Oolongs of the neighboring region of Darjeeling or Taiwan.
Only less than 100kg of this vintage is available each year. Sensations - Tasting: The leaves after infusion smell like straw, hay. The infusion has a fresh and aromatic taste, complex palate, fine, sweet and slightly earthy notes.
