Madagascar (SAVA) - Indonesia (Java)
It is a great product that allows you to make recipes for powdered vanilla without having to grind your beans. But most importantly, it is a homemade product for which I have mixed two vanillas. So you find two different worlds to make your taste buds travel and enjoy a unique product. My Indonesian vanilla powder is finely ground to obtain a delicate powder that retains all the flavors of an exceptional product. To accentuate its taste and seduce your palate, I decided to add a spray of Madagascar vanilla extract. Forget about vanilla sugars and other poor quality powders for your recipes, bet on a very nice Indonesian vanilla powder, a few grams are enough to give relief to all your sweet and savoury recipes.
I offer you here a very special flavor with my blend of two vanillas. With this powder, you will find the floral and woody notes of Indonesian van illa while the Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar brings sweet and cocoa notes.
Before being ground into powder, Papua vanilla grows on a plant, vanilla planifolia, which is none other than the main orchid species. This plant offers very beautiful vanilla beans that follow a long process. They are scalded, steamed, dried and refined. Then, when they are dry enough and have developed all their aromas, only then are they crushed to obtain this fine powder full of flavour.
Vanilla is a great product that adapts to all situations. Even the greatest chefs integrate it into their cooking, vanilla is no longer just the partner of pastry chefs. Here are some simple and effective Indonesian vanilla powder-based recipe ideas that will surprise your guests.
Here is a first association that seems surprising and yet works perfectly. All you have to do is make a scallop carpaccio by cutting your raw nuts into very thin slices. Then heat a mixture of olive oil, vanilla powder and a little sugar for a minute. Let the mixture infuse. When it is cold, pour this sauce over the carpaccio, add salt and leave it to rest for an hour so that the scallops take on the taste of vanilla. Simply serve with a green salad.
Prepare a delicious beef wok. Cook basmati rice. Chop peppers and onion and fry them in oil in your wok. Add soy sauce and vanilla powder and cook for a few minutes. Cut beef bavette type into thin strips and add it to the preparation. Season with salt and pepper and leave again for a few minutes over low heat until the beef is cooked. Serve with rice.
Make your apple crumble into a shortbread dough. Mix flour, almond powder, powdered sugar, butter and cinnamon. Place in the refrigerator. Cut the apples into small pieces and place them in ramekins. Add vanilla powder with a little brown sugar on top and then your crumbled dough. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°. You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream to stay in the theme.
Indonesian vanilla powder, like all vanillas, is an antidepressant. It is also known for its ability to combat digestive problems. Some people also attribute aphrodisiac virtues to it, like ginger and chocolate. Finally, this vanilla powder is rich in phenols and thus helps to fight against cell ageing.
I advise you to store this Indonesian vanilla powder in a place away from light and humidity.

Aucune saveur !
