This Bancha tea is my favorite of all those I've tasted. Enjoyed with meals, it's the traditional weekend tea in Japan. These superb leaves come from the lower shoots of the tea plant. This batch is harvested only from July to October. It is customary to make several infusions with the same tea (easily three). The notes and excellence are revealed by the liqueur's strength and precision .

Sensations - Tasting: A very pleasant tea, sweet, herbaceous and slightly iodized. The second infusion reveals itself with a citrus finish.
