Lovers of the South West, this recipe is for you! Many customers have expressed the wish that we simply revisit the duck breast. The idea came to me to offer you a marinade that is easy to make and accessible to everyone. The result is once again gourmet and "honest".The pepper duo used allows me to show you an exceptional aromatic amplitude. Timut pepper from Nepal brings notes of yuzu and grapefruit; Nosy Be black pepper from Madagascar brings fresh, spicy notes and emphasizes citrus notes. The blend of spices enhances the overall warm and festive notes.Goza Itzazu, Bon appétit!
