1 Onion
20cl of Fresh cream
1 broth cube
Iranian saffron
My spice blend for the tempo

Dice the butternut and your onion.
Brown your onion and butternut with a dab of butter.
Add a cube of broth when your vegetables are cooked.
Add your pistils of Saffron from Iran and my traditional spice blend.
Mix the whole thing.
Add fresh cream.
Salt and pepper of your choice(spicy, aromatic, fruity)
