Butternut is in season and if there is a recipe that enhances it, it is a homemade velvet. It has a very sweet taste and a slight buttery taste. The advantage is that it is very low in calories, at 100g only 45 calories. At the same time, it is very rich in minerals (calcium, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, potassium). Also, you fill up with vitamins with it (vitamins A and C).I suggest you discover it in a variation with a touch of saffron and my spice blend.Looking forward to hearing your opinions on this light and gourmet recipe
