Country bread or a traditionalbaguette Creamy cheese Basil and mint Extra virgin olive oil, sesame oil or grapeseed oil A can of sardine in oil of excellent qualityThe spice mixture of your choiceThe black pepper of your choice - strong, spicy, fruity or aromaticCream of balsamic vinegar
Lightly toast your baguette or country bread
Place your cream cheese on your toast.
Gently place one sardine per toast.
Add a drizzle of olive oil, sesame or grape seed to vary the nuance.
Put a pinch of my spice mixture and a pinch of black pepper of your choice.
Arrange a few mint or basil leaves
