A freshness appears during the tasting with notes of yellow fruits like nectarine and strawberry. The aftertaste reveals notes of almond. The final taste is close to marshmallow. No smell or mouthfeel defects. Very little bitterness, no astringency and a very light acidity. Worth working with and promoting!
