What is Indian Chai Masala "Munnar" Sweet Curry?

Indian Chai Masala is an ayurvedic blend that comes to us from Kerala. Ayurveda is a traditional medicine that comes from India and has now conquered other countries. Also, the Indian chai Masala that I propose is composed of different spices that are both good for the taste and offering virtues for the body. My Ayurvedic blend is made of turmeric, nutmeg, cardamom, black pepper and spices. Chai, Masala chai or Masala tea is a black tea sweetened with a mixture of spices that is consumed with milk. The blend I propose can be used for breakfast, but also during meals, from appetizer to dessert.

The Indian chai Masala that I propose is an ayurvedic blend that is both spicy and fragrant, but also fresh thanks to the presence of cardamom.

Indian spice tea

This traditional Indian drink gives you a boost in the morning. It is both healthy and stimulating. Boil water and chai masala spices for 5 minutes then add milk and sugar and bring to a boil again. On low heat, add black tea and let infuse for 5 minutes. Enjoy hot.

Bean soup, chorizo and mild curry "Munnar" - chai Masala

Chop tomatoes, slice shallots and chop small pieces of garlic. Fry the garlic and shallots in olive oil in a wok and add chai masala spice mix. Pour water and add the beans, leave on medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes. Add water again and then the tomato and small pieces of chorizo. Add salt and pepper and cook for 15 to 20 minutes. You can eat this soup with the pieces or choose to blend it.

Chicken and peppers with coconut milk and sweet "Munnar" curry - chai Masala

Fry minced onions with bell pepper strips in a wok to obtain a nice color. Add chicken strips and let them brown as well. Add coconut milk and the chai masala spice mix. Let it cook on low heat so that the spices can develop all their flavors in the dish. Serve with basmati rice.

Crème brulée with chai masala

Boil full cream, milk, black tea bag and chai masala spice blend. Remove from heat and let steep for 30 minutes. Remove the tea bag and prepare a double boiler in an oven preheated to 120°. Return the mixture to a low heat and, in parallel, mix egg yolks and sugar. Gently pour the milk over the eggs and mix well to obtain a homogeneous preparation. Pour into ramekins and bake at 100° for at least one hour. Remove from the oven, let cool and add a little brown sugar to the surface and caramelize with a blowtorch.

Chai Masala is particularly invigorating. When you consume this mixture of Ayurvedic spices with tea, make sure to privilege this tasting in the morning, you could meet problems of sleep by consuming this preparation in the evening. This mixture is also anti-inflammatory and thus allows to relieve certain pains like arthritis. Chai Masala also fights against digestive problems and relieves the stomach, it also fights nausea. Rich in antioxidants, the chai Masala blend prevents cell aging.

C'est très bon, je le mélange avec du ghee (beurre clarifié) pour adoucir le goût du curcuma. Il m'aide contre le stress, à dormir et pour le morale. Il n'y a pas de caféine c'est l'avantage. J'aime aussi le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de sucre ajouté. Note: c'est un lait d'or et non un masala chaï qui eux sont à base de canelle et non de curcuma.
