100g unsweetenedcocoa 100g sugar
2 vanillapods 1 litre of wholemilk Half a spoonful of my spice mixture
Cut the vanilla pods and separate the seeds from the pod.
In the milk, add your vanilla pods and seeds, sugar and cocoa. Infuse at 80°c for 30 minutes.
Add half a spoonful of my spice mixture.
Infuse for 5 minutes and whisk before serving.
