12 cookies:200g flour100g chocolatechips 100g butter60g canesugar 60g cane sugar A Tonka Amazonian bean2g one of my "special pastry"spice mixes 1 egg1g finesalt 1 teaspoon yeast
Soften your butter in the microwave for a few seconds.
Mix the butter, cane sugar, egg and your grated Tonka bean.
Add flour, yeast and salt, continuing to gently mix.
Add chocolate chips and stir.
Make 12 small balls that you place on parchment paper.
Baking at 170°c for 10 minutes for a very soft result.
