What is Argentina Blend?

The Argentina blend has a very specific name. I named it this way to remind you of the spices that are popular in Argentina and that go perfectly with beef, a star meat in this country. This spice blend is not to be confused with Chimichurri, a typical Argentinean blend. There are Chimichurri Pampeano and Chimichurri Patagonico. My blend is made up of different spices, I've added pepper, paprika and various spices.

What is the flavour of the Argentine blend?

My spice blend has a full-bodied, not too hot, but spicy flavour. You will appreciate its beautiful aroma and subtle sweet notes. Between power and sweetness, I offer you a blend of spices that will offer a real volume of flavour to your dishes.

How to use the Argentine blend?

For me, my Argentine blend is the special spice blend for meat. Incredible with red meats, it will also accompany poultry.

Beef Carpaccio with Argentina Blend

Beef carpaccio is one of the favourite dishes of true red meat lovers. To get an incredibly fine cut of meat, I recommend that you go to your butcher and ask him to cut it for you. This way you will be sure to have the best base for your carpaccio. Make a marinade with olive oil, a dash of lemon juice and your Argentine mixture. Place your beef pieces in a dish and drizzle with the marinade. Add a little salt and a few shavings of parmesan cheese. Leave to marinate for two hours and simply serve with a ripe tomato.

Argentine Mixed Rib Eye

Let's tackle the main course this time with a generous entrecote. I suggest you simply make the same mixture as before with olive oil and Argentine blend. The lemon is not necessary this time. Add a little fleur de sel and let your meat marinate all day. Take the meat out of the marinade one hour before eating it. Grill your marinated steak on the barbecue and serve with potatoes cooked in foil in the barbecue coals.

Argentine Blend Chicken Skewers

Because this mix is really ideal for making marinades, we take the same ones and start again. But this time with chicken for those who are not big fans of red meat. Make your own marinade, lemony this time, and cut up squares of chicken and pieces of onion and pepper. Leave to marinate for a day and make up your brochettes by alternating the meat, onion and pepper. Put on the barbecue and enjoy with a vegetable papillote (zucchini, tomatoes, carrots).

The health benefits of the Argentine blend

This blend is composed of pepper and paprika. Pepper increases salivary production and gastric secretions thanks to the piperine it contains. It therefore has a major impact on digestion, bloating and nausea. Consuming spices such as pepper or even my Argentine blend reduces the use of salt, which is beneficial in the fight against hypertension. On the other hand, pepper is known to be an anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial, and provides liver protection. Paprika is rich in iron, potassium, vitamins E, K and B2. It helps to fight against winter ailments and reduces joint pain. It also promotes blood circulation and prevents cardiovascular disease. Therefore, my Argentine blend is a mixture of spices that will offer you a real taste pleasure while ensuring your well-being.

Moi qui suis une adepte des plats peu épicés, j'ai été très agréablement surprise quelques milligrammes de ce mélange Argentine viande rouge, suffise pour transformé un steak de bœuf sans âme en un plat festif un vrai régal !
