SINGLE FROM THE SAME VARIETY AS THE TAHITI VANILLA
These vanilla pods are the fruit of the Tahitensis variety found in Polynesia. The pods are wider than Bourbon vanilla and have a darker colour that is similar to ebony. This batch is rich in essential oils on the surface of each pod. My vanilla treasure is the result of a fully ripe harvest, a soil rich in natural nutrients and a long maturing process.
INTRODUCEABLE QUALITY FURTHER - AROMATIC INTENSITY
Many chefs have decided to work with David Vanille not to get the best prices but to get the best quality and aroma. If you are ready to put in more to give yourself the chance to discover the best of harvests, you have found your spice seeker.
Each batch is the result of a long-term collaboration. Every week, I am in contact with my local partners to keep myself informed of maturities, maturity, climate and harvests. It is easy to offer vanilla but difficult to offer exceptional lots that go off the beaten track. My experience and my passion for spices and vanilla allow me to offer you this unique quality today!
AN AROMATIC POWER AND LESS PODS IN YOUR RECIPES!
When some recipes invite you to put one or two vanilla pods, with this quality, I invite you to divide the quantities by two. When you open the bag, you are surprised by the aromatic power of my batch. The notes are revealed in an aromatic firework display or for the first time for some, we discover a know-how that makes the difference!
