It is a singular vanilla which resembles more the one of Mexico than the one of Reunion Island. It offers gourmet notes of dates, coconut and cocoa. When it is prepared with homemade vanilla extract in an alcohol base, the final notes are sweet, on dried fruits and black tea "golden bud".
Visually, the beans are black, large and fleshy with silver highlights. These black vanilla beans come from the region of Kandy, land of spices and tea in Sri-Lanka.
This harvest is a real "Coup de Coeur" which embraces my motto: "Get off the beaten track" .

Main notes : Dates, Coconut, Cocoa, Woody.
Heart notes : Vanilla, Sweet, Dry Fruits, Black Tea type "Golden bud".
