When it comes to vanilla, variety is the order of the day. Let's discover this time the tahitensis vanilla, a product with a subtle taste that you will quickly adopt. This vanilla is produced in Tahiti or Papua New Guinea. Vanilla tahitensis is a species of orchid with slender stems and leaves that are thinner than those of other plants of this type. It is a hybrid between vanilla planifolia and vanilla odorata. It differs from Bourbon vanilla by its roundness and specific notes. Take the time to smell and taste it, you will find notes of caramel, anise, liquorice, spices, musk and leather.
