ISSUES THE SAME VARIETY AS TAHITI VANILLA
The pods are larger than Bourbon vanilla and of a darker colour that resembles ebony with brown streaks. This lot is rich in essential oil on the surface of each bean. My vanilla treasure is the result of a fully mature harvest, a soil rich in natural nutrients and a long maturing process.
INTRODUCEABLE QUALITY - AROMATIC INTENSITY
Many chefs have decided to work with David Vanille not to have the best prices but to have the best quality and aroma "off the beaten track".
Each lot is the result of a long term collaboration. Every week, I am in contact with my local partners to keep me informed of the maturing, ripening, climate and harvests. It is easy to offer vanilla but difficult to offer exceptional batches that are off the beaten track. My experience and my passion for spices and vanilla allow me today to offer you this unique quality!
ANAROMATIC POWER AND LESS TASTE IN YOUR RECIPES!
When some recipes invite you to put one or two vanilla beans, with this quality, I invite you to divide the quantities by two. When you open the bag, you will be surprised by the aromatic power of my batch. The notes reveal themselves in an aromatic firework or for the first time for some, you discover a know-how that makes the difference!
