I suggest you experience a real moment of tenderness with this scented green tea. This creation proposes a delicate alliance of strawberry, this fleshy fruit full of colour and perfume, and Bourbon Gold vanilla which brings sweetness. No need to add sugar, unless you can't live without it. The fruit and the vanilla bring the natural sugar needed for this tender tasting.
To vary the pleasures, I chose to play the complexity card. If the stars of this recipe are indeed the green tea, the strawberry and the vanilla, the floral flavours of this tea are also brought by the yellow rosebuds, the mallow flowers and their sunflowers. A springtime breeze blows through your tasting experience with this fragrant green tea - Tenderness.
If I named this tea "Tenderness", it is obviously not by chance. There is a comforting, almost regressive side to the strawberry and vanilla. This creation perfectly highlights the softness and sweetness of these two ingredients. However, as the tasting progresses, one discovers tangy notes that are surprising, but at least pleasant. We ask for more.
This green tea - Tenderness - strawberry and vanilla flavoured is made from green tea from Yunnan. Yunnan is a province located in southern China near the Burmese and Laotian borders.
Itis here, between lakes, gorges and snow-capped peaks that we find many tea plantations. Yunnan tea is a non-oxidized tea that undergoes three stages of production: - roasting: unlike black tea, green tea is not oxidized, so it is necessary to stop this natural oxidation. To do this, the tea leaves are dry-roasted in basins at over 100°. This only lasts 30 seconds during which the leaves become more supple; - rolling: the tea leaves being more supple, this facilitates the rolling stage. Here, the shape of the tea leaf is essential, as it is this that will impact the notes in the mouth; - drying: for several minutes, the tea leaves are placed on racks and subjected to hot air that will reduce their humidity to 5 to 6°. This is how your tea retains all its flavours and how you can keep it for a long time at home.
Experience a delicious moment of tenderness with this green tea flavoured with vanilla and strawberry. With a strawberry-vanilla dessert, it's perfectly in keeping with the theme. This pairing is perfect to enhance those sweet and mild flavors for a cuddly moment.
During the summer, I recommend that you enjoy your Tenderness tea with a salmon tartar with strawberries, a dish full of freshness with this sweet and fragrant tea.

On the other hand, this Tenderness tea contains vanilla. It is said to have digestive and anti-stress properties that perfectly complement the green tea's properties. It is low in calories and will also be your slimming ally.
