A Tchaï tea that honors my adopted country: India. This spicy black tea can be tasted everywhere in the country but the tones and flavors change according to the states. I wanted to present you a typical Tchaï from the south of India, more particularly from Kerala, the cradle of tea and spices. Don't hesitate to add as much milk as water and to sweeten it (Indian style) to get the most out of it. A huge COUP DE COEUR is guaranteed for the lovers of India and Nepal!

India opens its doors to you with this totally unique tea. If it comes from China, it is in India that it meets an incredible success. Here, I propose you a Tchaï from Kerala, a region in the south of India, this state where spices are queens. In this Tchaï tea from Kerala, it is clear that spices are indeed the stars.
This tea is full of power and is aimed at tea lovers. If you like sweet and not very fragrant teas, Tchaï du Kerala will not be your best ally. Here, we are looking for a real emotion, a gustatory adventure. When tasting a real Kerala Tchai, you can imagine yourself with a backpack crossing the most beautiful Indian landscapes. It is no longer a tasting, it is a journey.
You can drink this tea plain. However, I advise you to sweeten it and to add milk, you will get all the quintessence of it.
This tea is powerful. Its spicy nose betrays its intense taste where cinnamon mingles with cloves. It is a tea whose flavors have no equal. I propose you a real gustatory coup de coeur with this Tchaï tea from Kerala.
This Kerala Tchai is made from Yunnan black tea, an oxidized tea from China. This high quality tea is grown in the south of China and follows a specific process: - withering; - rolling; - oxidation; - roasting; - sorting.
Then, these perfectly dried tea leaves are combined with spices: anise, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, cloves and chicory root. The result is a simply incredible Tchaï tea from Kerala.
This spicy tea goes perfectly with Indian flavors. You can enjoy it with a lentil dhal or spicy beef samosas.

Un thé aux arômes à la fois délicats et épicés, où le thé n'est pas dominé par les épices, c'est tout l'art du dosage.
