This Kerala Tchai is made from Yunnan black tea, an oxidized tea from China. This high quality tea is grown in the south of China and follows a specific process:
- withering;
- rolling;
- oxidation;
- roasting;
- sorting.

Then, these small, perfectly dried tea leaves are combined with spices: aniseed, cinnamon, ginger, black pepper, cloves and chicory root. The result is a Tchai tea from Kerala that is simply incredible.
