Green Tea - Organic Sencha from Fujian


Sencha has always been the favorite tea of Buddhist monks in China, it was considered a source of elevation. The word Sencha means "steamed". First, the leaves are folded lengthwise and dried on tempered trays. Then, the leaves are heated in pots to stop the enzymatic fermentation.
After infusion, you will discover full leaves with a bright yellow glow. The main notes are herbaceous, fresh with a slight acidity at the end. A Sencha of a rare quality respectful of the Emperor's tradition.

Infusion time: 3 minutes to 3 minutes 45.
Infusion temperature: 80°c
Dosage: 10g/litre
