A tea with a sweet nose reminiscent of puffed rice. Its taste is very flowery and spicy. It has a short, slightly broken and irregular brown-black leaf. Oolong is a great specialty of the "mountain" producers of Taiwan. After harvesting, it is fermented to about 50% and then dried intermittently in the sun. Every day, the producers turn it over several times in bamboo baskets, thus contributing to the excellence of its withering.Infusion time: 4 minutes 15 to 5 minutes.Infusion temperature: 90°cDosage: 12g/litre.
