A nose offering iodine, cereal and woody notes. This tea's characteristic is that it improves over the years. Made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis, the main notes develop a powerful taste with an earthy and spicy amplitude. The leaves having been rehydrated after fermentation, a second fermentation was able to complexify its broad aromatic palette; it was then matured in a cold cellar. A tea with a dark red colour.Infusion time: 4 minutes.Infusion temperature: 95°cDosage: 12g/litre.
