Excellent même lyophilisé, gain de temps pour moi, meilleure conservation et j'en ai toujours sous la main. Quand j'en achète en frais, j'en jette toujours car je n'en consomme pas autant que ce qu'ils vendent. J'ai trouvé le bon compromis grâce à David vanille, pareil pour les oignons et l'ail !

Bonjour C'est ma 2ème commande et je suis très satisfaite de mes achats. Je conserve mes gousses de vanille dans un bocal avec un fond de vodka et cette fois ci les gousses iront dans un bocal avec de la vodka pour macérer pendant 1 an et devenir de l'extrait de vanille.
