After receiving more than 50 samples of Espelette PDO chilli pepper powder, I fell in love at first sight with this producer in organic conversion.
Discover an exceptional chilli pepper powder, slightly sweet notes, an aromatic amplitude blending dried tomato, thyme, dried herbs after a summer day.
On the palate, it develops a subtle spiciness, a nice warm length.

Pairings in the kitchen: from starter to dessert. Foie gras, shellfish, fish, meat, red fruits, chocolates.
