What is the Pirates of the Caribbean - Treasure of the 7 Seas blend?

I have chosen to offer you a mixture based on seaweed with spices and herbs, a mixture full of flavors that will transform your dishes. This combination of land and sea will become one of the essential spice mixes when you cook fish in particular.

What is the aroma of my Pirates of the Caribbean - Treasure of the 7 Seas blend?

You can feel the iodine perfectly, the flower of salt has an important salting power, it is preferable to dose it well. We like the natural and vegetable side of the seaweed associated with spices that come to perfume the whole.

How to use my Pirates of the Caribbean - Treasure of the 7 Seas mix?

The seaweed flower of salt can be used in different recipes. Note however that, unlike fine salt, it is used as a final seasoning rather than in cooking.

Pirates of the Caribbean sauce for the aperitif

Use fresh cream and add lemon, pepper and a dash of my mixture to season and flavour your preparation. You can add a little chilli if you like spicy sauces. Serve as an appetizer with carrot sticks, cauliflower, radishes, cucumber, etc.

Pirates of the Caribbean Shrimp and Avocado Salad

Let's start with a fresh starter with shrimp that you have peeled beforehand. Fry them for a few minutes in olive oil to colour them and give them a little crunch. Cut your avocado and a tomato into small cubes and add some olives. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon and add pepper and my mix.

Whiting with coconut milk and curry, Pirates of the Caribbean version

Heat some sliced onions in a casserole dish. When they are coloured, add coconut milk, curry powder, a little sweet pepper and pepper. Leave to heat for a few minutes and add your whiting fillets. Cook for 10 minutes on a low heat and serve with rice. Season your plate with my creation.

The health benefits of this creation

Flower of salt is rich in trace elements, especially iron and manganese. It is also rich in minerals and contains less sodium than other types of salt, so it has less impact on obesity and hypertension. It is accompanied here by natural algae that are rich in antioxidants, fibre and phytosterols. These algae thus help to fight against hypertension and cardiovascular diseases.

The conservation of the Pirate

I advise you to keep your mixture in an airtight container away from light and especially from humidity.
