This high quality soup will make a perfect starter for your guests. Peel potatoes and cut them into small pieces. Mince some garlic and shallots. Take a saucepan and put some butter to brown the potatoes, garlic and shallot. Then add water and fish stock. Let it cook for 15 to 20 minutes and then mix it. Add grey shrimps, tomato paste and your mild saffron curry with a little salt and pepper. Let it heat for 5 minutes and then remix. Serve with a little liquid cream and some peeled grey shrimps.

Check the cooking of the salmon and serve with basmati rice, boiled potatoes and broccoli.
