Creation and assembly of spices in France
I'm taking you on a journey to Asia. The Mughal Empire was founded in India in 1526. It was during the reign of Emperor Shah Jahan that the Taj Mahal was built after the death of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal. So much for the historical part, let's get back to the gustatory part. My Mughal Empire chicken, turkey and game curry is a delicious blend of sweet chili, salt, rosemary and spices. It delicately spices up your recipes and colors them to combine visual appeal and taste pleasure.
This curry offers a beautiful harmony between the spiciness and the fragrance of the herbs. Spicy without being too strong, it offers another dimension to your recipes and enhances your meat dishes.
My Mughal Empire curry is ideal with chicken, turkey and even game or any other meat. It's a perfect match for meats in all their forms.
Quails go perfectly with thyme and rosemary, my curry with its slightly spicy base will give a boost to your recipe. Put your quails in an ovenproof dish. Add water, butter and sprinkle your quails with Mughal curry. Cut out pieces of potato and place them around the meat. Place in a hot oven and baste the quails from time to time so that the spices blend in and the skin is crispy. Serve with a salad.
Discover a recipe full of flavour that will take you to the other side of the world. Cook pieces of boneless lamb shoulder in a pan with oil. Brown the pieces of meat well and set aside. Fry onions and garlic in the pan and add Greek yogurt, Mughal curry powder, salt and pepper. Leave for a few minutes before adding the meat. Add a little water, cover and leave on low heat for 1h30. Uncover and heat over high heat, stirring for a few minutes to reduce the sauce. Serve with basmati rice.
Cut up pieces of turkey, onions, zucchini, peppers and tomatoes. Marinate for a few hours in olive oil, lemon and Mughal curry. Make up your skewers by alternating vegetables and meat and cook on the barbecue. Serve with rice and ratatouille.
The Mughal Empire curry is best stored in a dry place away from light.
