To obtain grills and marinades with flavours that reveal the taste of food, it is essential to season them in the right way. It is not always easy to find the right balance between the different spices to cook your meats and fish. With my special blend of barbecue spices, you have everything you need for successful grilling, brazing and marinades at your fingertips in one package!
In order to satisfy the taste buds and stomachs, it is important to measure the different flavours carefully to achieve a balanced taste. For this blend of spices for grilling and marinades, I experimented with different recipes in order to arrive at the preparation that I am proposing to you today. It is composed of :

To add flavour to direct grilling, it is important to prepare the food ahead of time so that it will be impregnated with the flavours that will be revealed by the grill. The marinade step is very important for the success of your barbecue, grill, oven or pan cooking. In a marinade, simply mix the barbecue spices with either olive oil or lemon juice before placing your piece of meat in it. For an even more flavourful and fragrant cooking experience, marinate in the refrigerator for at least two hours.

Here's a recipe for a tender and crispy chicken for the grill or oven. Make a marinade with olive oil and a few teaspoons of David Vanilla Grill and Marinade Mix. Adjust the doses according to the amount of chicken you have. In a salad bowl, coat drumsticks and chicken thighs on all surfaces with marinade. Feel free to lift the skin a little to allow the marinade to penetrate.
Leave covered for at least two hours in the fridge, the ideal being to make this preparation the night before to let the aromas permeate the meat all night long. Simply place the chicken pieces in an ovenproof dish or grill them on the barbecue
