If you don't know this Indian recipe yet, now is the time to make it. Lassi can be prepared in a few minutes and can be enjoyed at any time of the day in India. The lassi-walla (traders specialized in the sale of lassi) prepare it for you. There is something for everyone, some with fruit, others with coffee, but my favourite is the Saffron one. He takes me back to the Srinagar region of Kashmir.
Saffron is known for its relaxing and aphrodisiac properties in the Middle East. There is no season to enjoy and give!

300g plain yoghurt
20cl of Milk
4 tablespoons cane sugar
0.2g Iranian saffron in pistil - Neguine quality
10 pistachios pruned
Used product(s) :
Heat your milk with a spoon, two spoons of cane sugar and your saffron. Low heat for 10 minutes.
Allow to cool.
Mix all the ingredients for 2 minutes.
For the presentation: serve with some pistils of Iranian saffron and crushed pistachios on top.
