cocoa 100g sugar

2 vanilla

pods 1 litre of whole

milk Half a spoonful of my spice mixture

Preparation

Cut the vanilla pods and separate the seeds from the pod.

In the milk, add your vanilla pods and seeds, sugar and cocoa. Infuse at 80°c for 30 minutes.

Add half a spoonful of my spice mixture.

Infuse for 5 minutes and whisk before serving.
