100g fresh

cheese Country sliced bread or sandwich bread

1/2 cucumber

5g mountain

Ache 5g black pepper 5 (strong, spicy, fruity or aromatic).

Sprouted seeds Smoked

salmon and its variation from smoked fish.

Preparation

Toaster with sandwich bread or slices of country bread.

Mix fresh cheese (preferably goat cheese) with your mountain purchase and smoked Viking salt.

Place your thin slices of cucumber.

Cut thin slices of salmon and gently place on your toast.

Arrange your sprouted seeds, parsley and black pepper of your choice.
