Dressing is easy, the effect on your table is guaranteed!

Your cottage cheese can be replaced by hummus with a royal ras-el-hanout.

Serve with tomatoes, a salad mixture and a few strokes of balsamic vinegar cream for a great effect!

The spice mixture of your choice

The black pepper of your choice - strong, spicy, fruity or aromatic

Preparation

Lightly toast your baguette or country bread

Place your cream cheese on your toast.

Gently place one sardine per toast.

Add a drizzle of olive oil, sesame or grape seed to vary the nuance.

Put a pinch of my spice mixture and a pinch of black pepper of your choice.

Arrange a few mint or basil leaves
