1 vanilla bean

50 g cornstarch

80 g sugar

30 cl of liquid cream

70 cl of milk

Split the vanilla and scrape the seeds with the back of a knife.

In a saucepan, bring the milk, vanilla and sugar to a boil.

Meanwhile, mix the cornstarch and liquid cream.

When the vanilla milk boils, add the cornstarch-cream mixture to the vanilla mixture.

As soon as boiling resumes, mix thoroughly.

As soon as the cream starts to thicken, remove from the heat and pour into ramekins.

Put the ramekins in a cool place at least 3 hours before eating.
