A very flavoured chicken that makes it possible to use traditional recipes.

Ingredients

300g Chicken

Teriyaki

Sauce Freeze-dried

garlic Sansho pepper from Japan
or
Timut pepper from Nepal

300g Tagliatelle

20g chopped

fennel Salted soy sauce

Preparation

Marinate your chicken in a Teriyaki sauce with garlic. Cool for an hour.

In a hot frying pan, brown your chicken pieces without the sauce.

When your chicken pieces are golden brown, pour in the sauce and let it thicken.

Prepare your tagliatelle.

In a bowl, put your tagliatelle, then your chicken Teriyaki, a little garlic on top, a touch of chopped fennel, a touch of Sansho pepper or Timut pepper.

Serve with a salted soy sauce.
