300g ChickenTeriyakiSauce Freeze-driedgarlic Sansho pepper from JapanorTimut pepper from Nepal300g Tagliatelle20g choppedfennel Salted soy sauce
Marinate your chicken in a Teriyaki sauce with garlic. Cool for an hour.
In a hot frying pan, brown your chicken pieces without the sauce.
When your chicken pieces are golden brown, pour in the sauce and let it thicken.
Prepare your tagliatelle.
In a bowl, put your tagliatelle, then your chicken Teriyaki, a little garlic on top, a touch of chopped fennel, a touch of Sansho pepper or Timut pepper.
Serve with a salted soy sauce.
