Recipe

To discover the aromatic amplitude of a vanilla pod, there is nothing better than a syrup. Each vanilla has an aromatic character. According to its origin, its terroir, its harvest period, its sunshine, the richness of its soil, its species, etc.
In less than 3 minutes, the base of your syrup is ready. All you have to do is heat it up and let it cool down.)

If you buy different origins on David Vanille, after discovering their bewitching scent, you will find it again by making a homemade vanilla syrup. Do not hesitate to make a syrup with two different origins of vanilla (ex: Bourbon Gold vanilla from Madagascar and Papua vanilla - Tahitensis Gourmet).

This vanilla syrup can be kept for several weeks in a cool place ;-) Ideal for desserts, cottage cheese, topping and cocktails

100g cane sugar (more caramelized notes)

100g water

2 vanilla pods

Split the vanilla pods and separate the vanilla grains from the pods.
