We often look for a marinade that stands out from the crowd to give a new tempo to our dish. This preparation takes only 3 minutes and allows you to revisit your salmon or fish.You can use it for your barbecue, grill or oven cooking. For 700g of salmon or fish:15cl of extra virgin oilHerbs 1 teaspoon of honey5g of my spice mixture - Grilled and marinaded or 5g of my spice mixture - Provencal marinade from my uncle3g of pink berry pearls 3g of exceptional black pepper
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
In a dish, place your salmon or fish.
Pour in your marinade.
Add your pink berry pearls, herbs and black pepper.
Put in the fridge for 2 hours.
