This extremely easy to make mousse contains only 3 ingredients: mascarpone, liquid cream and vanilla of course! Its vanilla flavour is very developed, and the aerial texture of this mousse literally melts on the tongue, it is a pure delight!

Very easy to make, this vanilla mousse can be eaten as it is in ramekins, or served with a strawberry or red fruit coulis. You can also put it in a pastry bag and use it to garnish or decorate a cake.

Then, the temperature of your cream and mascarpone should be very cold to help achieve a foamy texture. Keep them in the refrigerator until it is time to make your recipe. If you can, put your mixer's container in the refrigerator before making your recipe to maximize the chances of success.

Ingredients

300 g mascarpone

70 g icing sugar

50 cl whole liquid cream, very cold

2 vanilla pods

1/4 of a tonka bean

4 eggs

Preparation

A few hours before this recipe is made, put the salad bowl and whisk in the freezer.

Mix the cream, mascarpone, sugar and vanilla in the bowl.

Whisk until a whipped cream is obtained.

Pour into a large dish and set aside.

Beat the two eggs until stiff, then gently add them to the previous mixture, adding ⅓ of the mixture at a time.

Pour into individual ramekins.
