Milkshake, which can literally be translated as "shaken milk", is a classic American dinner that is very easy to make at home. It is a fresh, sweet and thirst-quenching drink, quite nourishing and therefore perfect for a summer snack. Originally, it was a milk-based drink with syrup or fruit added and mixed vigorously in a food processor. Nowadays, it is mainly made by adding ice cream or ice cream to milk.
Its preparation is very simple and much better homemade than what you can find in shops or in some fast food restaurants. The most popular flavors are vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. I suggest you make the vanilla one, a must.
For 2 milk shakes
300 g vanilla ice cream
15 cl milk
1 vanilla bean
Put all the ingredients in the mixer bowl.
Mix and serve immediately in two glasses with two straws.
