Chicken with Smoked Black Pepper

Ingredients:

- 4 chicken cutlets

- 1 tbsp. smoked black pepper

- 1 tbsp. olive oil

- 1 clove of garlic, chopped

- 1/4 cup white wine

- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a bowl, combine smoked black pepper, olive oil, chopped garlic, white wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

2. Brush chicken with smoked black pepper mixture and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

3. Preheat oven to 180° and bake chicken for 25 minutes, or until cooked through.

4. Serve hot with rice or potatoes.

Salmon Fillet with Smoked Black Pepper

Ingredients:

- 4 salmon fillets

- 1 tbsp. smoked black pepper

- 2 tbsp. butter

- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- 1/4 cup white wine

- Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 180°

2. In a bowl, combine smoked black pepper, butter, lemon juice, white wine, salt and pepper.

3. Brush the salmon with the smoked black pepper mixture and place in an ovenproof dish.

4. Bake salmon for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.

5. Serve hot with rice or vegetables.

Smoked Black Pepper Potatoes

Ingredients:

- 2 cups cubed potatoes

- 1/4 cup of olive oil

- 2 tbsp. smoked black pepper

- Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat oven to 200° C

2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked black pepper, salt and pepper.

3. Add potato cubes and toss to coat.

4. Spread potato cubes on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until golden brown.

5. Serve hot.

Lentil Salad with Smoked Black Pepper

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of lentils

- 2 tbsp. smoked black pepper

- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

- 1/4 cup chopped onions - 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

- 2 tbsp. olive oil

- Salt and pepper to taste

1. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add lentils. Cook for 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.

2. In a large bowl, combine lentils, smoked black pepper, chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.

3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavours to blend.

4. Serve at room temperature.

Smoked Black Pepper Steaks

Ingredients:

- 2 beef steaks

- 1 tbsp. smoked black pepper

- 2 tbsp. butter

- 1/4 cup red wine

- 1/4 cup lemon juice

- Salt and pepper to taste

1. Preheat grill to medium heat.

2. In a bowl, combine smoked black pepper, butter, red wine, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

3. Brush steaks with smoked black pepper mixture and place on grill.

4. Cook steaks for about 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

5. Serve hot with vegetables or rice.
