Salvador de Bahia black pepper onion and goat cheese pie

Make a shortcrust pastry or buy it ready-made. Cut the onions into fairly thin slices and fry them in a pan with olive oil. Add a little Salvador de Bahia whole black pepper, salt and a little sugar to caramelize your onions. Beat some egg yolks and add some caramelized onions and some small pieces of goat cheese. Put the preparation in the dough and then place some slices of goat cheese, onions and add a little black pepper. Put in the oven at 180° for about 20 minutes.

Beef steak with black pepper sauce Salvador de Bahia

On the barbecue or in the pan, this beef steak will offer you a moment full of heat and intensity accompanied by its Salvador de Bahia black pepper sauce. Crush the peppercorns in a pestle so that only small pieces remain. Melt butter in a saucepan and add heavy cream. Mix well and add the peppercorns. Bring water and sugar to a boil along with a split vanilla bean. Place your peeled pears in the syrup and let it boil for 15 minutes. Let the pears cool down in their syrup. Heat some liquid cream and add some chocolate pieces. Add Salvador de Bahia black pepper and mix to obtain a smooth sauce.
