What is Date Sugar?

Date Sugar is a healthier alternative to refined white sugar. It is obtained from the dried and ripe fruits of dates, which are then pressed to extract the juice. This juice is then heated until it thickens and turns into a darker, richer, sweeter sugar. It is rich in nutrients, minerals and vitamins, and offers a different flavor and texture than white sugar.

Date Sugar can be used to replace white sugar in many recipes for desserts, sauces and drinks. It can also be used to flavor desserts, smoothies, cookies and muffins. In addition, it can be added to savory foods to create interesting flavors.
