Grill the vegetables of your choice (for example, zucchini, peppers, onions, tomatoes). Meanwhile, mix 3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 teaspoons of fleur de sel and 1 teaspoon of honey. Once the vegetables are cooked, drizzle them with the balsamic vinegar mixture and serve.
Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the fish fillets in an ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper. Then mix 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Drizzle the fish fillets with this mixture and sprinkle with fleur de sel. Place in the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
In a dish, mix 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 chopped garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of fleur de sel, pepper and thyme. Add the chicken and cover with the mixture. Let marinate in the fridge for 1 hour. Cook the chicken in the pan or in the oven.

Serve warm or cold.
The Fleur de Sel au Vinaigre Balsamique must be kept away from light and humidity. It is preferable to keep it in an airtight container and to keep it at room temperature.
