Home Roasted Cocoa: Put your beans in the oven at 140° for 40 minutes, stirring them 4 times (10 minute intervals). The cocoa notes of your origin will come out more

The organization is divided into 7 "bloques" or independent production units that represent nearly 162 basic cooperatives and 10,000 producers in each of the country's cocoa regions. Each of the units has traditional or more elaborate fermentation and drying units, depending on the result of the pooling of resources. In recent years, the farmers' organization has purchased a processing plant where cocoa beans are transformed into cocoa powder, cocoa butter and cocoa paste, in order to export semi-finished products
